The Direct Debit Guarantee
銀行自動引き落としダイレクトデビッドの安心と補償
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
全ての英国の銀行系の口座から、この安心な自動引き落としが出来ます。
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your ORBIX UK Ltd will notify you 3 days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request ORBIX UK Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
料金等についての変更や不備があった場合は、至急ORBIXまでお電話またはメールにてご連絡下さい。すぐに対応致します。
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by ORBIX UK Ltd or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
チャージの手違いなどが発生した場合も、お調べして返金致しますので、至急ORBIXまでお電話またはメールにてご連絡下さい。
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when ORBIX UK Ltd asks you to.
間違った返金を受け取った場合は、至急ORBIXまでお電話またはメールにてご連絡下さい。
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be
required. Please also notify us.
自動引き落としの停止を希望の場合も、至急ORBIXまでお電話またはメールにてご連絡下さい。すぐに対応致します。
